My internship at The Dandelion Patch as a Design Studio Assistant was a great experience! I learned so much about the whole process; from preparation and design to production and assembly. I loved being able to see and assist in projects from start to finish. It was a completely hands-on experience, and it allowed me to see the skills I learned in school be put to use in a work environment. I was also able to learn about elements of design I didn't learn in school, like the printing process. I'd recommend this internship to anyone looking to sharpen their skills and gain real world experience!

As a Design Studio intern for The Dandelion Patch, I have learned so many essential skills in the stationery industry! I help produce custom stationery from start to finish, assist with the management of day-to-day work flow, and work with my fellow peers to find creative solutions to design challenges. Not only did I learn about the stationery industry, but I also have learned so much about Graphic Design. The creative use of graphic design and typography are what make the custom stationery so special. By observing different designs, layouts, and fonts daily, The Dandelion Patch inspires me. I plan to use this inspiration in my future graphic and digital media designs.
