Save Them for a Rainy Day
Kidorable Ladybug Boots
Children's wellies by Kidorable

As we all know, April showers bring May flowers...and what kid doesn't love splashing around in rain puddles?

These unique and whimsical rain boots will keep your little one's feet nice and dry. The friendly frogs and likable ladybugs are enough to brighten up any rainy day - too bad they don't come in adult sizes!
'Green' Chic
Queen Bea Studios bag
Monogrammed straw bags from Queen Bea Studio

Three ladies from Florida turned a fun and creative passtime of making personalized straw purses and bags into a flourishing business. They add playful grosgrain ribbons and embroidered monograms to these sturdy, hand-woven bags to create casual and fashionable accessories that will get you through the spring and summer in style.

For the environmentally conscious shopper, all of their bags are 'green' and are made in Thailand by a group of women weavers looking to improve their skills and financial independence in their home country. The Dandelion Patch is the exclusive local retailer of these oh-so-chic bags, and they make a great gift for a special friend - or even yourself!

Confessions of a Customer
Coton Colors box

Most moms would agree that life with an almost-one-year-old can be pretty hectic, and that driving from store to store looking for that special gift is a waste of both energy and time. Reston resident Tracey Beach was overjoyed when she came across The Dandelion Patch while walking through Reston Town Center not long ago - "It's the kind of store that I love!" Since that day, Tracey has made regular visits, purchasing personalized stationery, gifts for friends, baby gifts, and hand-painted Coton Colors Pottery - it's one-stop shopping at The Dandelion Patch!

Tracey also found the perfect invitations for her son's first birthday party and had them printed in-house by our expert staff - she praised our quality printing and quick turnaround, which The Dandelion Patch is known for! Personalized thank-you notes and Oh, Sugar! party favors made her party purchases complete.

Tracey had previously purchased invitations and gifts on the internet, but found that paper and print quality could be questionable, and that turnaround and shipping times were longer than she expected. Before your next event, come see for yourself why Tracey chooses to be part of the Dandelion Patch bunch!
